We require 24hrs notice for any cancellations, any days cancelled within this period will be charged in full

DROP OFF TIMES BETWEEN 7:30 - 8:45

PICK UP TIMES 4PM - 6PM

ALL HOURS TO BE AGREED IN ADVANCE WITHIN THESE TIMINGS TO SUIT CUSTOMERS NEEDS,

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE REQUIREMENTS OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES

COLLECTION SERVICE (£3.50 EACH WAY)

MORNING COLLECTION TIMES 7:45 - 8:30AM

AFTERNOON DROP OFF TIMES 4PM-6PM

Late Collection Service 

(strictly at request and direct communication / discussion with a member of the team) 

At Eastbourne Doggy Daycare, we understand that life can get busy and delays sometimes happen. With prior request and direct communication with our team, late collection fees will apply to help cover additional colleague time and costs, and most importantly pups comfortable.

      •     18:00 – 18:30: £7.50

      •     18:30 – 19:00: £15.00
