DAYCARE CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
As places at EBDD are reserved specifically for each dog, refunds or credits cannot be provided for cancelled daycare days.
However, where sufficient notice is given and subject to availability, EBDD may transfer a cancelled daycare day to an alternative date within ten (10) working days of the original booking date.
Any transferred day must be used within the ten-working-day period and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or carried forward beyond this timeframe.

At Eastbourne Doggy Daycare, we understand that life can get busy and delays sometimes happen. With prior request and direct communication with our team, late collection fees will apply to help cover additional colleague time and costs, and most importantly pups comfortable.

• 18:00 – 18:30: £7.50
• 18:30 – 19:00: £15.00
