OUR CUSTOMERS SAY IT BEST

Digby our English Springer Spaniel (age nearly 4 ) has been attending Doggy Day Care with Amy and Nathan since February 2024.  He currently attends two days a week.

His attendance at Doggy Day Care allows us to have time to ourselves to undertaken a  number of things for example meals out, shopping, cooking, household chores and having time to ourselves.

Doggy Day Care really benefits Digby because he gets to socialise wit other Dogs, enjoy days out with the 'doggy team', has two days of  full on exercise and play.  Doggy Day Care also means he has no separation anxiety and he trust Amy and Nathan in fact think he prefers to be with Nathan!  Digby's confidence has grown.

Following attendance he comes home really tried and happy with his day.

DOLLY

We have always had dogs, and i can happily say I knew very quickly that Dolly and us were lucky to have found the care for her. We have had regular photos and updates when Dolly is either out enjoying herself on walks or later having a snuggle with Nathan after this.

Nathan and Amy understand dogs, and are happy to offer advice, and support when asked

DIGBY

We have been sending our puppy, Clara to Amy and Nathan since they started their Day Care business and cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide.

The main benefits we have noticed are in her improved socialisation with other dogs and the exercise she gets each day.

Nathan sends photos and videos of their walks, and she clearly loves the outdoor activity.

We send Clara 3 days per week as we are both working and need to be satisfied that she is being kept safe and content.

She comes home an incredibly happy puppy and indeed, sometimes does not want to leave their place at all!

EBDCC also offer a pickup and drop off service which we find extremely useful and flexible. Whenever we are running a little late, it is never a problem with them.

We would not hesitate to recommend Amy and Nathan to other dog parents who are looking for day-time care with their furry friends.

We are grateful to be on their books as we know there is an ever-growing waiting list.

I work for the NHS and do several 12 hour shifts a week and my husband works 5-6 days in sales.  We have a dog who is nearly 2 years old and doggy daycare has meant we can keep her while we work and give her the best possible care.

For us personally (and I’m sure we are not alone) it has meant both of us can work full time and the two or three days a week our shifts overlap our dog Lois goes to daycare this means she is exercised every day, is never left alone for long periods of time and has/is growing to be a very sociable little dog.  She is so happy to go and exhausted when she comes home.  Without this service provided by Amy and Nathan we would be unable to have her in our lives which would be devastating.

Lots of people have asked about the service I use for Lois and to be honest until I needed such a service I did not realise one existed.  Taking your dog to a place where they can play interact and learn to be sociable around other people and other dogs is so beneficial.

In addition to the regular hours Lois attends the daycare on many occasions now they have accommodated Lois when my shift patterns have changed and taken her at the last minute for other reasons too.
